Many of our workshops lend themselves to both competitive and non-competitive team building activities. We can also coordinate with other team building providers to add more lasting meaning to a fun event.
We believe in having a good time as well as learning to apply worthwhile tools that will enhance communication and personal productivity.
For example, we work with TeamCuisine, a company led by Chef Jim Connolly. Jim and his staff take participants through a three to four hour gourmet cooking adventure complete with fine wine and scrumptious desserts. (remember, the opposite of “desserts” is “stressed”) The experience is laden with tips and techniques that are transferable to the workaday world.
We follow up on Jim's themes with goal setting and problem solving tools that pick up where the desserts leave off!

We also work locally here in the SF Bay Area with Emile’s Restaurant for team building. You’ll learn to make a fantastic multi-course meal and also learn to work together better! REMEMBERING NAMES
An amazing workshop is “How To Remember Names.” This can be almost any length from two hours to a full day. Your people will each be given an alter ego (new name, profession, spouse, hobby, etc.). While learning a most valuable skill, they will compete by seeing who can recall the most information about the other team (or teams).
This can be a standard learning process or we can spice things up by adding costumes and funny professions and names. It depends on the “perosnality” of your group! In either case, everyone will enjoy the enhanced skills of being able to remember people’s names.

One fun possibility is our “Team-fomercial.” We brainstorm an idea for a new product, and build it with a collection of “interesting stuff.’ Next we write a script. Roles are chosen and we film an infomercical right on the spot! Lessons include collaboration, cooperation, creativity and goal setting. This can work for almost any size group. Get ready to laugh, have a good time, and come away with a video record of the results!
