For Engineers (& Scientists) Or, The Alternative Thinking Course (Working Outside THE BOX)
If you’re an engineer, you’re going to appreciate this workshop That is, if you want to follow in the footsteps of inventors like Einstein, Edison and DaVinci. They had certain characteristics in common, and these can be learned to a measurable extent.
If you want to accomplish more in less time with less stress, these tools will help you. Albert Einstein felt that he only used about 3% of his potential brain power. Where does that leave the rest of us? Possibly in better shape than you believe; though only when we practice the kind of attitudes and behaviors they employed. Along with other tools based on some of the latest brain research, you can solve problems faster and more accurately than you have in the past.
If you have deadlines to meet and products to ship, this will put you ahead of your competitors. These techniques will help you anticipate and overcome the frustrating problems that accompany projects which push the bounds of technology. The answers are within you. You need the tools to pull them out and benefit from your most powerful resources: your brain and the “brains” you work with.
Systems Approach: Learn how to use the kind of approach that will help keep all the pieces fitting together. Recalling that a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, we look at keeping lines of communication and information open. So many setbacks and conflicts have been caused by the lack of proper information. Too little or too much interferes with everyone’s progress.
This is NOT a course in airy-fairy wishful thinking. It is not to be confused with typical “creativity” courses that simply use music or meditation to “tune-in to your power center.” This is about programming yourself for successful problem solving and using your untapped brain power. We expect you to measure your results over time to observe the difference.
This can be taught as a stand-alone workshop or, preferably, as a series of workshops to ensure embodiment and increase skill depth.
