Here are some of the “lessons” we cover in the course:
Goal Setting and Goal Achievement: How to get clear on exactly what you want. This can be frightening for some people, as they do not want to face up to what they REALLY want, fearing they may never get it. Our relaxed, positive atmosphere encourages people to take those steps.
Barrier Identification: Some people have a legitimate right to be skeptical about achieving their goals. More than just challenged, they are either blocked from taking action or following through on their plans.
Barrier De-energizing: Once a person’s barriers are identified, it becomes a matter of using some tools to remove them from their path. This can involve a variety of tools, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and others.
Time Management: Participants learn how to prioritize, schedule, avoid interruptions, delegate, and make more time available during the day. They also learn how to get more brain power going to avoid mistakes and create new solutions to old problems. We’ve got a few new twists on this otherwise overdone topic.
Visualization Training: More than ever, the difference between success and burn-out is the ability to vividly imagine what you desire. In sports, medicine and business, it is well documented that the ability to SEE the outcome is essential. We train our clients to develop those skills to a higher degree than previously possible for most people.
Self-Talk: Many people understand that computers are worthless without good programming. The human brain is no different. Without proper guidance, this fabulous organic mechanism might as well be used as a paper weight.
Stress Reduction: Although having well-defined personal goals energizes the person, old patterns can still cause feelings of worry and doubt. Such stresses reduce energy and focus, leading to non-productive behaviors. We have powerful tools to quickly reverse those situations.
Quality of Thought: We provide various materials and exercises that explain the nature of why things happen the way they do. Through these models, participants understand why things have gone awry in the past, and how to avoid those traps in the future. We also provide sources for specific enhancement of creativity, prosperity, relaxation, recreation and more.
Relationship Building: At some point, everyone needs to interact with fellow humans. We have tools and techniques for enhancing the quality of those interactions.
Health: While lowering stress can certainly lead to a healthier body, we can also provide simple, powerful techniques for enhancing general health. We have also seen impressive improvement in specific ailments, though the evidence is primarily anecdotal and such matters are not our prime area of expertise.
Performance Enhancement: Some of our tools are also very potent for specific physical performance, such as sports. We’ve had our share of winners and record breakers using these techniques to outperform themselves and others.
This a multi-week course. It can vary in length from 8 to 12 sessions. We can meet weekly at first, then move to every two weeks, then monthly. Or any combination, depending on schedules and holidays. There are lot of valuable tools here, and people need time to absorb and use them.
