Problem: People do not understand how much their performance outcomes are affected by their attitude.

They often sabotage their best efforts by allowing or even fostering beliefs and attitudes that have negative impact.

Solution: People need tools that directly affect their attitudes and beliefs. Once there is positive input, the performance result is directly enhanced. Their attitudes and beliefs work for them instead of against them.

How: Participants are exposed to exercises and tools that illustrate the problem, then the solution. They experience firsthand how changing their attitude affects their performance.

Some examples of tools:

Star Trace: A graphic example of how negative self-talk destroys performance. Illustrates how Visualization overcomes the problem. Also demonstrates where stress comes from.

Highway of Life: An illustration of how attitude can alter destructive situations; making them work for us instead of against us.

The Squares Exercise: Demonstrates how belief alters our levels of achievement.

Chicago School Teacher: Shows how attitude and belief promotes high performance.

Positive Expectancy: Teaches us to get the best when we expect the best.

Do It Now!: Just what it sounds like; plus the reasons for its importance.

Great Job!: A simple technique for fostering fast improvement in performance.

Uplift: Demonstrates how visualizing and attitude increase or decrease our performance right away.

Sound Barrier: Shows how our actions and attitude help us go beyond previous performance.
